This week's Pennsylvania Newsmakers features a discussion of tax reform with appearances by Nick DiFrancesco, a Dauphin County Commissioner, and Doug Hill, Executive Director of the County Commissioners Association of Pa, who analyze various proposals for local property tax reform.
