Budget season has begun! This week host Luke Bernstein, President and CEO of the PA Chamber of Business and Industry, talks with PA State Senator Greg Rothman about Governor Shapiro's budget proposal and how the stage has been set for negotiations. Then Luke is joined by David Taylor, President and CEO of the Pennsylvania Manufacturers' Association, for a discussion of the business community's response.
