What Happened at Quecreek?

This week on Pennsylvania Newsmakers, Secretary of Environmental Protection David Hess, talks about the mining disaster at Quecreek, the lessons learned from the disaster, and what the state plans to do to ensure that safety protections will minimize the likelihood of future Quecreeks.
