This week's Pennsylvania Newsmakers features a discussion of the failure of the Commonwealth to adopt a timely state budget, and the State System of Higher Education's plans to assist students with financial aid, with the Chancellor of the State System, John C. Cavanaugh, and the President of Shippensburg University, Bill Ruud. Then, joining host Terry Madonna for an update on the state budget are John Micek, with the Allentown Morning Call, and Brad Bumsted, with the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.
