Santorum Drops Out, Voter ID Law, and Reducing the Legislature

This week's Pennsylvania Newsmakers hosts two journalists: Amy Worden of the Philadelphia Inquirer, and Mary Wilson of Pennsylvania Public Radio, who discuss Rick Santorum's withdrawal from the presidential race and the recently passed voter ID law.
