Business Council Speaks on Economic Development

This week we reconvene the Pennsylvania Newsmakers Business Council. In the first segment, Carolyn F. Scanlan, the President and CEO of the Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania, explains the role of hospitals in the economic development of the state. In the second part of the program two council members Cliff Shannon, President of the SMC Business Councils, and Roger Zimmer, President of the Pennsylvania Builders Association, discuss the status of Pennsylvania economy, with special emphasis on the housing industry and small business development.
