This week's Pennsylvania highlights a discussion of the Pittsburgh bailout legislation with author of The Bush Boom Jerry Bowyer and State Representative Mike Turzai (R-Allegheny). The program covers the root causes of Pittsburgh's fiscal crisis, possible legislative solutions.
