This week's Pennsylvania Newsmakers features a discussion of the new state budget with state Rep. Michael Turzai (R-Allegheny), Chair of the Republican Policy Committee, who is critic of the budget. Then joining host Terry Madonna is John Shirvinsky, Executive Director of the Pa Association of Medical Suppliers, who discusses the proposed new policy by the Pa Department of Welfare for bidding out the purchasing of medial supplies and equipment by those receiving in-home medical treatment.
