This week Pennsylvania Newsmakers features Congressman Pat Toomey (R-15th District), a self-term-limited congressman who represents the Lehigh Valley, and who is exploring a run against Sen. Arlen Specter in next year's Republican Senate primary. Toomey explains why he might challenge Specter, discusses the possibilities of war against Iraq and homeland security, and his support for President Bush's tax relief package.
