Interest-Free Employee Loans, H1N1, and a New Carbon Credit Program

This week's Pennsylvania Newsmakers features a discussion of the various credit union programs for low-or-no interest loans to state employees who go without paychecks, and the Youth Ambassador Program with Youth Ambassador Laura Huggins and Senior Vice President Mike Wishnow, both with the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association.
