This week's Pennsylvania Newsmakers features a journalist review of the state budget stalemate with Brad Bumsted of the Pittsburgh Tribune Review and Amy Worden of the Philadelphia Inquirer. The joining host Terry Madonna is Gene Barr, VP for Political and Regulatory Affairs with the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry, who discusses the energy and transportation issues currently before the State legislature.
