The Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee David Argyle (R-Schuylkill and Berks Counties) and Minority Leader Bill DeWeese (D-Greene County) debate the state budget, property tax reform, the incoming Rendell administration, and give their views of the gala Pennsylvania Society weekend in New York City.
