Starting College, and Property Tax Reform Update

This week's Pennsylvania Newsmakers features a program devoted to education. First, Jim Moran, Vice Chancellor of the State System of Higher Education, discusses affordable education and the transition from high school to college. Then Tim Allwein, Assistant Executive Director of the Pennsylvania School Boards Association, joins host Terry Madonna for an analysis of property tax relief and the commissions being created by school boards to recommend property tax relief in the school districts.
