This week's Pennsylvania Newsmakers features a discussion of the State System of Higher Education's new Philadelphia Urban Seminar as well as some advise for new students entering college, with Peter Garland, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, and Gary Vold, Professor of Professional Studies at IUP.
