Point Counter-Point With Piccola and Coy

The popular point counter point debate returns to Pennsylvania Newsmakers this week. The participants are State Senator Jeff Piccola, a Republican from Dauphin County and the Majority Whip of his party's caucus in the Senate, and State House member Jeff Coy, Democrat from Franklin County and Caucus Secretary for his party in the House. The debaters tackle property tax reform, homeland security, a possible special session of the General Assembly, and education vouchers.
